Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire control is seeking an IT&E E&T Manager at the Grand Prairie, TX location\.
What You Will Be Doing
As the IT&E Engineering & Technology \(E&T\) Manager in Grand Prairie, TX, you will be responsible for the management and development of their team, support of department initiatives and directorate undertakings, driving technical excellence, affordability, and program execution\. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing technical coaching and mentoring
• Work assignments
• Employee career development
• Providing continuous employee feedback
• Being an advocate for your employees during opportunity discussions
• Coordinating employee recruitment, selection, and training
• Developing performance assessments
• Providing recognition/disciplinary actions when necessary
• Engineering competency development
• Supporting program development
• Executing development requirements
• Adhering to engineering development processes
• Promoting customer focus
• Serving as the technical conscience for programs

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. A company\-sponsored final secret is required to start\.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math \(STEM\) or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with hardware integration and/or hardware testing
• Experience in Project or Technical leadership
• Experience with collaboration/leading multi\-functional teams
• Active Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Engineering team leadership experience including task planning, control account management \(CAM\), subcontract management and/or employee development and mentoring
• Demonstrated excellence in communicating with Senior Levels of Management
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical systems/programs
• Risk Analysis experience
• Experience managing and/or leading a multi\-functional team in an development environment
• Experience in earned value management or basic budget and schedule management
• Experience performing proposal/BOE development and man\-power estimation
• Experience in leading the planning and execution of component and subsystem level Integration & Test activities
• Familiarity with design, integration, analysis, validation, and verification
• Experience in leading the planning and execution of Risk Reduction, Design Verification, and Qualification Test Programs
• Experience preparing and leading Pre\-Ship Readiness Reviews, Test Readiness Reviews, and Mission Success Reviews
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
