Who You Are
You'll perform as the leader of the Global Supply Chain Management, Program Management \- Subcontract Management, Manager
What You Will Be Doing
You'll be managing subordinate teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs\. Directing and managing all costs, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor or the product family and are required to ensure performance and supporting of the contract milestones of the system\.
Developing sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution\. Acting as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office\.
You'll have responsibility for and direction of all phases of the subcontract; from initiation of the business case for "make or buy" decisions through requests for proposals, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability\.
You'll make decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor\. Establish milestone objectives and manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications\. You'll lead a team normally composed of engineers, quality and procurement staff\.

Further Information About This Opportunity
This position is located in Fort Worth, TX à Discover Fort Worth\.
Travel and manage supply base to include up to 10% travel \(both domestic and/or international travel\)
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Experienced supply chain management professional who has led complex
Proposal compliance with advanced experience in subcontract/PO negotiations and solved complex issues associated with subcontract execution
Experience collaborating and communicating effectively across multiple functional areas and building consensus and as well as shaping/influencing you teams opinions and perspectives
Experience leading teams to include; teaching & mentoring teams on the nuances of procurement and subcontracts
Experience as a professional communicator, and a team leader
Experienced at building key relationships with supplier leaders, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics counterparts, and customer staff
Advanced Microsoft Office Excel & PowerPoint experience

Travel and manage supply base to include up to 10% travel \(both domestic and/or international travel\)
Desired Skills:
Experience as a strategic thinker with regard to the procurement process and the state of all Aeronautics programs in order to identify risks and proactively mitigate said risks
Experience with proposal & negotiation activities and actions
Knowledge of FAR/DFARs and DoD procurement policies and practices
Advanced Project management experience, to execute complex project planning
Ability to create solutions for complex procurement challenges and present those solutions to senior management and customers to a positive outcome
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance after hire\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
