Job Description:

The Service Manager leads all service operations including customer relations, P&L budgeting for the department, training of all service employees, overseeing the service technicians’ work area, prioritization of work orders, and ensuring that all safety protocols are being followed. The ideal candidate should be a problem solver, motivated, self-driven, and a capable leader of people.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Oversees the service department within the branch (administration of mechanic work orders, scheduling, dispatching, branch customer service)

+ Analyzes and uses operational information to create positive actions and results

+ Promotes an encouraging and safe work place and adheres to company policy and procedure

+ Provides continuous coaching, training, support and performance feedback to service department

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in management or supervision of repair, installation, service, support or other leadership role

+ Must be a strong administrative, organized, service oriented person

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office and other business software

+ Ability to inspire, lead others, and learn quickly
