A & L Laboratory is an Environmental testing laboratory specializing in drinking water analysis for both public water systems and private individuals

Position Summary:

The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.

+ Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.

+ Maintain a constant overview of projects in all departments that need login or client communication.

+ Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.

+ Logs in sample in LIMS with requested analysis and project information.

+ Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.

+ Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.

+ Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.

+ Other duties as assigned

Role is Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4pm. Occasional Saturday mornings may be required.

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

+ HS Diploma or equivalent

+ Proficiency working with computers

+ Previous customer service experience

+ Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship

Ideal Candidates will have:

+ 1-3+ years of customer service experience

+ Previous experience working in a laboratory setting

+ Education and/or experience in related field

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.

Pay range:  $20-22/hour

Please note - Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
