    **Location:** On site in Memphis, TN

    Summary

    The International Department Letter of Credit team handles issuance, amendments, documents, payments and reporting related to Import, Export and Standby Letters of Credit This role will initially assist primarily with Trade Letters of Credit.

    Essential Duties and responsibilities include coordination with other team members on the following processes:

    + Processing Letter of Credit documents and payments accurately in a complex back-office system

    + Reviewing and understanding Letters of Credit and documentary requirements

    + Learning how to examine Letter of Credit documents against Letters of Credit for compliance with LC terms and international guidelines

    + Communication with clients regarding Letter of Credit terms, processes and status

    Qualifications:

    + High level of attention to detail and ability to understand and explain transactions

    + Excellent written and oral communication skills

    + Experience working on various software applications

    + Basic accounting knowledge

    + Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-lookup usage

    Experience Required:

    + At least one year of banking experience or equivalent in education and work experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Familiarity with Letters of Credit and ICC guidelines (specifically UCP 600, ISBP, and Incoterms)

    + Familiarity with bank applications: Hogan, ACBS, LDTS, ARX, nCino and Sharepoint
