    Coordinator, Sample Management (Timberland)

     

    What will you do?

     

    This position, **Coordinator, Sample Management** will develop, implement and execute process for managing sample lines for apparel, footwear and accessories. With multiple seasonal lines active at once this position will lead ordering, tracking, prioritizing, organizing and distributing product to and from photography shoots to support all of ECOM, PR events, Key Marketing Shoots and internal Go To Market needs.

     

    This role will be a pivotal position on team with opportunity to collaborate with a myriad of departments to ensure teams are equipped with the proper product for photography and asset workflows and solutions. This role is critical to be sure the assets Global Marketing delivers will cover all specific product needs for channel or region.

     

    Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

     

    **What you will do** :

    + Create and maintain Seasonal Sample Orders for ECOM Product (Apparel, Footwear and Accessories) as well as Global Brand Samples to support Go to Market Strategies.

    + Ongoing Product Inventory Management and shipping coordination with External ECOM Studio in multiple Global locations utilizing EXCEL Tracker.

    + Daily review of Tracker to always be chasing missing or late samples.

    + Receive, track and unbox samples for all sample lines.

    + Track all incoming and outgoing products, organize sample rooms, separate out all key marketing looks and locate any missing, outstanding samples.

    + Partner with Apparel, Accessories and Footwear ordering stakeholders to track missing or delayed product.

    + Partner with product teams, merch teams and internal Library to borrow samples as needed to support internal photography studio needs.

    + Set up Bulk Ordering process to support PR team with Influencer Programs.

    + Order and track off-size products as well as in production product with proper contacts.

    + Coordinate sample logistics for on/off site internal and external shoots.

    + Potential for travel to key marketing shoots to support with inventory set-up, key looks and breakdown.

    + Build out seasonal calendar for product deliveries to various shoots to ensure samples are always available for upcoming needs.

    + Receiving back samples from all shoots, tracking returns into inventory.

    + Support teams by organizing the removal of prior season samples.

    + Serve as point person for all inventory questions for team.

    + Represent team on weekly ECOM Regional Call to address all Inventory questions.

    + Schedule: 5 Days a Week in Stratham, NH location

     

    What do you need to succeed?

     

    Build out extensive process, workflow and organization of all active Global Sample Product lines. Daily tracking of all samples to be sure that external and internal studios are supported with the correct product.

    The foundational skills you will need in this position are:

    + Highly proficient in MS Excel and advanced keystrokes - VLOOKUP

    + Proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint, Shipping Software and internal product systems – PLM and Enovia.

    + Experience using MAC operating system requires

    + Superior organization skills and attention to detail.

    + A willingness to learn, adapt and solve problems to resolve issues and enhance the process.

    + Strong ability to multi-task and comfortable working in fast paced environment with stakeholders based out of different time zones Globally.

    + Motivated self-starter and problem solver

    + Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

    + Experience in project management, studio production and inventory management.

    + Be able to lift boxes up to 40lbs

    Hiring Range** **:

    $56,000.00 USD - $70,000.00 USD annually

     

    **Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
