    Responsibilities

    **_CHI is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our CHI Health Priority Care Team in the Omaha Metro area._** CHI Health Priority Care is located in select locations across the system. We provide prompt, high-quality medical attention when your provider is not available. We offer same-day, unscheduled access to a primary care provider.

     

    The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing patient care for life’s non-threatening ailments and injuries. Providers should expect to see patients with everyday ailments that do not require a hospital visit. They will perform procedures commensurate with education, training and experience. Our Advanced Practice Providers are a collaborative member of an interdisciplinary care team with advanced communication skills.

    Opportunity Highlights

    + **PART TIME - 24 hours per week - 12 hour shifts**

    + Work every 3rd weekend (1 day per weekend)

    + Work 2-3 Locations

    + 13 Locations in the Omaha Metro Area

    + Rotating Weekend/Holiday Schedule

    + Open 7 days a week, 8a-8p

    + Care for patients 3 months and older

    + No Call

    + Epic

    + New Grads and Experienced Providers Welcomed

    Qualifications

    + Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited program

    + Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization

    + NE and IA License Required

    + NE and IA DEA Required

    Pay Range

    $57.77 - $67.40 /hour
