    Responsibilities

    As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for the delivery of patient care in the clinic setting.

    Essential Duties:

    + Performs preliminary patient assessments.

    + Prepares patient for health care provider.

    + Administers medication and/or vaccinations.

    + May collect blood samples and perform EKGs.

     

    Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

     

    Pay Range: Certified $20.62 - $28.35; Non-Certified $17.89 - $24.60 (certification required after hire)

    Qualifications

    License/Certifications:

    + Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required if hired as a CMA. Non-certified medical assistants will be required to become certified after hire.

    + American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers within 30 days of hire.

    Experience:

    + Medical Assistant experience preferred

    Education:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    Pay Range

    $20.62 - $28.35 /hour
