    Responsibilities

    + Evaluates, plans and Implements communication and/or swallow treatment programs according to physician referral,and/or plan of care. Designs programs to meet the patient’s oral motor/swallowing, speech/language, and cognitiveneeds.

    + Works collaboratively with all members of the interdisciplinary team, other departments and disciplines toassure patients and customer’s needs are met in a timely manner. Encourages the active participation of the patientand/or family in goal setting and patient/family training/education

    Qualifications

    Required Education:

    + Master’s Degree ‐ Speech & Language Pathology

    + State licensure in Speech Pathology

    + American Heart Association BLS certification

    This is a PRN role.

     

    Rate is $46/hr.

     

    As our Speech Language Pathologist at St. Luke’s Health - Vintage Hospital, now part of CommonSpirit Health, you will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services in Speech and Language Pathology.

    Pay Range

    $30.55 - $44.30 /hour
