We are seeking a dynamic Service Coordinator to join our fast-paced general medicine unit, known for its excellent teamwork. The Service Coordinator will play a vital role in facilitating smooth operations within the patient service area, providing essential clerical support to healthcare team members, patients, and families. Responsibilities include effective communication facilitation, managing inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining accurate medical records, promoting quality and cost outcomes, and actively seeking opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be dedicated to maintaining high standards of patient care.

**Schedule** : Saturday and Sundays from 6:45am to 3:15pm with rotating holidays.
**Location:** Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood, IL
Minimum Education:
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education
15.45 - 19.68 USD Hourly
