Description:

Guides, trains, mentors & monitors Supply Chain colleagues while contributing to the development & execution of Departmental, Ministry & System Office based strategic plans. Provides operations & / or optimization leadership focus. Balances between staff leadership, broader organizational direction & administration. Accountable for the performance, regulatory readiness, & results of a small to medium-sized single functional domain within a limited geography.

+ **Operational Delivery**

+ Responsible for measuring and reporting KPIs/metrics and value delivery

+ Providing advice, guidance, and leadership for the colleague life cycle

+ Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, state & local laws/regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of conduct, as well as other policies, procedures & guidelines in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior & safe practices

+ Responsible for budget & supply chain site leadership of approximately 15 – 30 FTEs.

+ Typically manages smaller to medium size entities.
