Responsibilities:

+ Maintain centralized contract files for software, hardware and services.

+ Evaluate existing contracts and manages the process for obtaining contract renewals, coordinates new contracts with Project Managers, IS Leadership and legal counsel as necessary.

+ Maintain all associated HIPAA and corporate compliance documentation (e.g. Business Associate Agreement, Information Security Agreement) in accordance with published policies.

+ Responsible for escalation and communication.

+ Develops current and future state process maps and drives contract review process improvements.

+ Provide oversight for maintaining and publishing up-to-date department policies and procedures.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ 2 years Contract Related or Systems Related experience OR 5 years of related experience in lieu of Associates Degree
