The Role

The **_Engineering Group Manager (EGM)_** will be managing a product development team that is responsible for design, development and release of advanced high compute ADAS and IVI ECUs.

Hybrid:

_This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to_ _the Office location_ _three times per week (Tues., Wed., Thurs.) at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business]._

What You'll Do

+ Responsible for guiding the technical direction of projects.

+ Leading a team of 8-12 engineers

+ Managing product development team responsible for design, development and release of advanced high compute ADAS and IVI ECUs

+ Oversees the design and prototyping of electronic systems, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

+ Establish and oversee testing protocols to validate designs against requirements.

+ Analyze test results and lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve issues

+ Develop and launch premium platform all done in-house

+ Meet all requirements delivered from product management team

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

+ Demonstrated results in successful project execution

+ 10 years hands on experience

+ Excellent multi-functional communication and leadership skills - able to get multiple teams moving in the same direction

+ Demonstrated ability to "Deal with Ambiguity" while driving timely decision making

+ High Compute SOC's

+ Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Mentor Graphics Experience

+ Proven hands on experience in design and development of high compute PCBA for ADAS/IVI applications.

Company Vehicle: Upon successful completion of a motor vehicle report review, you will be eligible to participate in a company vehicle evaluation program, through which you will be assigned a General Motors vehicle to drive and evaluate. Note: program participants are required to purchase/lease a qualifying GM vehicle every four years unless one of a limited number of exceptions applies.

Compensation:

The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. **_The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington._**

+ The expected base compensation for this role is: $168,000 - $258,800. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

+ **Bonus Potential:** An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
