Job Description:
We are searching for a Manager to continue to expand our Global Routes to Revenue (“RTR”) Planning team. The RTR team is responsible for developing and managing plans to achieve regional strategic and operational objectives.
Reporting into the RTR Planning Director, you will be responsible for the rollout and continued development of detailed business planning models within SIGMA, initially focusing on Sage Intacct, before subsequent expansion to further Business Units, to drive the successful execution of Sage’s group strategic objectives. This will begin with the roll out of the SIGMA Sage Intacct planning models across key regions and creation of a quarterly planning machine, before expanding to building the three year model and heavy involvement in annual planning processes. The role will also include documenting appropriate blueprints, to be used across other Intacct regions and areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rolling out Intacct planning models across key regions to be utilized within the monthly forecasting and annual planning budgeting cycles, regular performance reviews and in detailed GTM scenario modelling
• Building out the Intacct three year model and converting this into a quarterly planning machine.
• Engaging the RTR leadership team (VP Planning and Performance and Director RTR Planning) and regional and group commercial teams to understand key levers behind commercial models.
• Transfer blueprints from detailed Intacct planning process to other key business areas and expand planning machine across the Sage revenue portfolio
• Establish strong relationships with and become a key advisor to Sage’s GTM executives
• Support, coach and mentor junior members of the team
Minimum Qualifications:
• Successful track record working with GTM executives as their trusted adviser, with a history of successful delivery in high growth SaaS businesses and driving business outcomes.
• You will have excellent partnering skills as there will be regular interactions with the Intacct revenue and commercial operations teams across the group
• Strong modelling skills to assist with building detailed, interactive tools to assist the Director RTR Planning and regional operational teams.
• Ability to engage with a wide variety of key stakeholders to thoroughly understand the end to end marketing and sales cycles and truly understand the commercial levers within each Business Unit.
• Excellent presentation and project delivery skills, as well as an ability to analyze, interpret and understand operational data in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Expert level Excel skills, along with experience in Snowflake, SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI or comparable tools
