Position Summary:
The Director of Project Management will lead and oversee the project management function within the Product and Ops team. This role will manage the day-to-day operations and execution of all product & brand projects globally as well as manage workflow and cross-functional communications.
This individual will be responsible for the creation and management of all Merchandising led timelines and milestones They will own the process for each major project from inception to completion.
This role requires an understanding of the Calvin Klein brand and the ability to manage multiple projects with high levels of complexity. The Director of Project Management will work alongside Marketing, Supply, and Design/Merchandising across many levels of the organization.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:
+ Be an advocate for change management, implementing new ways of working across teams. Resolve issues, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive operational excellence across the organization.
+ Know when and how to raise red flags as issues arise that may impact delivery timing.
+ Lead the development of day-to-day operations to modernize workflow and ensure best practices are in place.
+ Oversee project timelines ensuring status updates are published and deadlines are met and teams are clear on milestone expectations.
+ Using established project management tools, manage all Global and North America product & brand strategy projects, keeping a current status document of all projects leading weekly status meetings with cross-functional teams.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered timely and under or within budget.
+ Possess thorough understanding of design and merchandising department roles and responsibilities
+ Facilitate cross-discipline and cross-partner collaboration
+ Create efficiencies throughout the team to ensure timely delivery of projects; while possessing strong understanding of brand standards.
+ Provide point of view on best practices and solutions across functions
+ Ensure the routing for approval and review of all materials
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 8+ years proven and progressive project management experience
**Education (Please choose):** Bachelor’s Degree in related field

+ Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on multiple concurrent tight deadlines
+ Strong working knowledge of integrated production
+ Proficient and familiar with Adobe software packages and other data analytics and project management software solutions

Pay Range:$143,200---$193,300
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
