Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to create and maintain visibility of the Inventory Flow and Volume Forecast across the supply chain network and anticipates and prevents bottlenecks within the inventory flow network. It analyzes inventory flow to make improvements to more efficiently move inventory across the network. In support of strategic business goals, the Inventory Fulfillment Senior Analyst provides operational direction on replenishment optimization to improve product flow and inventory placement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
+ Communicates the strategy and system constraints that impact inventory flow.
+ Collaborates with various internal business partners to identify upcoming shifts to the forecast
+ Creates DC Freight Flow forecasts and provides analytic insights
+ Supports lane forecasting
+ Provides guidance for process and systems improvement to ensure inventory flow forecast accuracy
+ Responsible for aggregated flows at all nodes through the network.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Industrial Engineering
+ 4 years’ experience with at least three components of the full Supply Chain network (transportation, distribution centers, fulfillment, planning, or engineering).
+ Experience with analytical tools including JDA/Manugistics, Micro-strategies, Teradata, DART, etc.
Preferred Skills/Experience
+ Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Industrial Engineering
+ 7 years’ experience within the entire Supply Chain network.

Travel Requirements
The District HR Business Partner role requires regular travel to the various store locations within the assigned district or region.
