    The Opportunity

     

    Maintain and repair physical structures of buildings, grounds, machines and equipment by performing the following duties.

    Responsibilities

    + Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions.

    + Examine objects, systems, or facilities and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.

    + Inspect, test, and measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify conformance to standards or repair requirements.

    + Requisition of materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, or replacement parts.

    + Perform skilled repair or maintenance operations, using equipment such as hand or power tools, hydraulic presses or shears, or welding equipment.

    + Consistently work in a safe and efficient manner by following company safety rules in accordance with OSHA regulations and by wearing all required PPE. Ensure material surfaces are clean and free from foreign materials, debris, oil, slag, etc.

    Qualifications

    + 2+ years in Maintenance role

    + Maintenance experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
