Description
We're seeking a **Manager, Robotics Program (Registered Nurse / RN).** This individual:
+ Has the ability to perform all duties assigned to the Robotics Coordinator.
+ Plans, coordinates, and directs the daily operations of a specific shift on a clinical unit.
+ Supervises staff and facilitates communication with physicians and internal administrators to provide optimal patient and family-centered care.
+ Is recognized as a change agent and routinely leads efforts to strengthen organizational systems that support the mission, vision, and values of the department.
+ Adept at creative problem-solving, negotiating conflict, and collaborating with others.
+ Work with leadership to increase awareness regarding program services and support program growth.
+ May be responsible for supporting the robotics program system wide.
+ May provide training, presentations, and demonstration promoting the program to various audience.
+ May be required to take call.
+ Demonstrates insight, judgment, and clinically sound risk-taking. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ All nurses employed in roles requiring an unencumbered nursing license must have a valid, active license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Five years experience as an RN, with a minimum of three years of experience directly related to the operating room.
+ CNOR / CRNFA Certification preferred.
+ Management experience preferred.
+ BLS and ACLS certifications required.
