    This is a temporary position. This role is remote. This is initially an 8-week assignment with the potential for extension. Must be proficient in PeopleSoft and Excel.

    Financial Responsibilities:

    + Accounts payable activities including invoicing, and vendor management

    + Accounts receivable activities including managing collections, processing payments, reconciling accounts

    + Managing and processing business expenses

    + Month end close

    + Working directly with Marriott Business Services to ensure payments are received

    Business Support:

    + Scheduling appointments and following up with client emails

    + Answering any client questions regarding payment opportunities

    + Supporting special projects as defined by leader

    Requirements:

    + Minimum 2-year college degree

    + Proficient in excel

    + Previous project management experience

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.01 to $38.65 per hour.

     

    **Washington Applicants Only:** Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
