Responsibilities
**The Director of Marketing and Communications – Integrated Solutions (MCP Focus)** is responsible for leading and executing innovative marketing and communications strategies that advance the goals of Mayo Clinic Platform (MCP). This role drives brand awareness, credibility, and audience engagement around MCP through compelling storytelling, strategic brand, sales and communications campaigns, and strong cross-functional alignment with MCI. The position ensures that marketing and communications initiatives reflect the Platform’s unique value proposition while integrating seamlessly with enterprise-wide efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Strategic Planning & Execution**
+ Develop and implement marketing and communications plans aligned with integrated and individual strategies for MCP and MCI.
+ Tailor messaging and tactics to meet the unique needs of each business unit’s audiences.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Serve as the designated marketing and communications representative in key cross-functional and leadership meetings (specific forums to be defined).
+ Prepare clear, concise materials and updates for leadership presentations and executive reviews.
+ Ensure Practice enablement and internal communications alignment.
+ **Campaigns, Initiatives & Events**
+ Partner in planning and executing joint campaigns or initiatives related to AI, Automation, Mayo Clinic Solutions (MCS), and Business Development.
+ Collaborate with teams to ensure integrated, consistent messaging across channels and platforms.
+ Work with external agencies, consultants, or translators
+ **Reputation & Thought Leadership**
+ Collaborate with Director of Enterprise Thought Leadership to identify and support thought leadership opportunities through articles, speaking engagements, and conferences.
+ Oversee social, blog, and media content that reflects MCP and MCI leadership in digital transformation.
+ **Performance Measurement**
+ Track KPIs tied to MCP and MCI marketing goals, reporting on outcomes and suggesting strategic adjustments based on insights.
+ Maintain dashboards and performance reports for leadership visibility.
+ Provide ongoing insights and recommendations for message refinement and market penetration strategies.
Qualifications
Requires a master’s degree in a related field plus 5 years of relevant work experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field plus 7 years of relevant work experience.
