What You’ll Be Doing
As a driven and results-oriented individual, you will play a critical role in expanding out market presence and driving revenue growth. You will:
+ Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers across your territory.
+ Aggressively identify and pursue new business opportunities to consistently exceed sales targets.
+ Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
+ Collaborate cross-functionality with operations, logistics and technical terms to ensure seamless service delivery.
+ Analyze market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to strategically position Heidelberg Materials as supplier of choice.
+ Provide actionable insights with the Area Manager to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
