Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join and support one of our clients in the Waunakee, WI area. This will be a 40-50 hours a week, salaried position supporting a variety of projects (hospitals, data centers, telecom, etc.). <25% travel required locally.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through close-out
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
- Coordinate with field staff, architects, engineers, and owners to ensure project success
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Lead progress meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $20 million or more
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with mission critical and data center projects highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore) - Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- PMP or other relevant certification null
