    Job Description

    The LTL Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) services. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs to ensure optimal pricing and profitability. The LTL Pricing Manager will be tasked with negotiating pricing agreements with key customers, ensuring that pricing is competitive while maintaining profitability. They will utilize advanced data analytics tools to support pricing decisions and identify opportunities for optimization.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -Develop and manage pricing strategies for LTL services.

     

    -Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities and risks.

     

    -Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.

     

    -Monitor and adjust pricing based on market conditions and customer feedback.

     

    -Prepare and present pricing reports and recommendations to senior management.

     

    -Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

     

    -Utilize data analytics tools to support pricing decisions and

     

    -Extensive experience with Excel

    -Knowledge of CzarLite and BatchMark XL (SCM3 company) null
