• CLEARED Fiber Technician

    Job Description

    Our client is seeking several Cleared and/or Clearable Fiber Technicians to join their team in Northern VA. The majority of the work will be in the Arlington area, but their work spans cross the DMV.

     

    - Pull, terminate, test, label, and install fiber and copper (Cat 6a) cables.

     

    - Perform installations throughout commercial buildings, from telecom rooms to various spaces, including ceilings and raised floors.

     

    - Follow floor plans to ensure proper installation.

     

    Shift: M-F 6am-2pm

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Secret clearance, or clearable for Secret clearance

     

    - 3+ years of experience as a fiber technician installing fiber (Can be in a data center or commercial building)

     

    - HS Diploma

     

    - Excellent communication skills and team mentality -BICSI certification

    -OSHA 10 null
