Our university client is mission driven and has a newly created role to support their campuses in the State of Florida. They are looking for a **Clinical Site Expansion Director** that can live in Florida and understands the healthcare clinical site networks in Florida **. The Clinical Site Expansion Director** understands the process needed to secure clinical sites for graduating students, grow them and is prepared to travel throughout the state to secure these relationships and delivery contracts.
Primary focus is clinical sites for the following rapidly growing and now very popular career choice programs - Physician Assistants and Anesthesiologist Assistants. This leadership role will be focused on expanding clinical programs throughout Florida, securing clinical sites for students to do their practicum ensuring optimal clinical experiences for students or patients. This will involve securing and cultivating partnerships with clinical sites, facilitating smooth operations, and maintaining high clinical standards. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage with C-suite executives and stakeholders.
Job Title: Clinical Site Expansion Director
This is a "well-respected and highly valued role" and very important role for the Chancellor and Vice Chancellors. You will have the resources you need to build out the network of clinical sites throughout Florida to support graduating students. You will be creating a legacy, making a difference.
Location:
Candidates must reside in Florida or be relocating back to Florida. You need to have prior knowledge of the Florida Healthcare system and networks. The position is remote with up to 80% travel required across and around this beautiful state. It is an exciting role of you love forming strategic alliances and strong long term professional relationships to ensure the student clinical experience is superb.
Compensation:
Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000
Relocation Assistance
Generous Retention bonuses
Preferred start date: July 2025 however negotiable due to relocating candidates
**Qualifications needed** :
+ Minimum of a master's degree in a Clinical Program-Healthcare Sciences, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration.
+ Terminal Degree in a healthcare discipline is a plus or MBA, MHA.
+ Management experience in a healthcare system role is required.
+ Current professional licensure and/or certification in the applicable state and healthcare discipline as applicable is a plus but is not required.
+ Experience in C-suite executive presentations and hospital administration preferred as this is the level you will be interacting and building relationships with.
Skills and Abilities:
+ Must have Executive Level Communication/Presentation skills to communicate and present to C-suite individuals.
+ Ability to build rapport across functions and levels of healthcare systems management.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to develop stakeholder buy in.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with student and staff populations.
+ Superior organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
Core Abilities
+ Ability to expand and add clinical student rotations for academic programs in multiple geographic locations.
+ Ability to travel domestically up to 80% of the time. This is the level of commitment needed to achieve these outstanding results that impact students and patients for a lifetime.
