    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented **Business Analyst** with a strong background in data and AI/ML projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions, leveraging modern tools and technologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collaborated with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for AI/ML initiatives.

    + Interpreted data using SQL, Python, and Excel to support decision-making and strategic planning.

    + Created dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights effectively.

    + Applied AI/ML concepts such as NLP, predictive modeling, and clustering to solve business problems.

    + Worked with relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and Postgres to extract and manage data.

    + Supported data warehousing and cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

    + 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AI/ML environments.

    + Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

    + Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data modeling techniques.

    + Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Postgres.

    + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

    + Experience with big data frameworks such as Hadoop or Spark.

    + Domain knowledge in industries like finance, healthcare, or retail is a plus.
