    Our client, a leading player in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join their team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of the logistics department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Supply Chain Manager

    **Location:** Weslaco, TX

    **Pay Range:** From $75,000.00 per year

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business growth

    + Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand

    + Coordinate with production, procurement, and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products

    + Utilize systems such as SAP ERP for inventory management and production planning

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain processes

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

    + Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a food manufacturing environment

    + Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics principles

    + Proficiency in SAP ERP system and other supply chain management software

    + Fluency in English and Spanish
