    Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packers - 1st shift to join their team. As a Packer on 1st shift, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Packers - 1st shift!

    **Location:** Gibson, IL

    **Pay Range:** $15 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Work on assembly, production, and packaging lines in various capacities according to specifications.

    + Maintain operational sanitation and ensure a clean working environment.

    + Alert operators, leads, or supervisors of any quality or safety issues.

    + Work safely at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.

    + Be present on the floor for 100% of your shift and perform other duties as needed.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required.

    + Preferred one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Strong communication skills to take direction from the Group Lead and/or Production Supervisor.

    + Flexibility to work a varied schedule as needed.

    + Capability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
