One of our top client's seeking a Client Services Specialist to join their team. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be part of the customer support department, assisting a high-volume client during the launch of a new website. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a customer-centric approach which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Client Services Specialist - Remote
**Location:** Irving, TX
**Pay Range:** Competitive
**Shift:** 8:30a - 5:30p
What's the Job?
+ Providing technical support by answering questions, offering solutions, and guiding clients through product features.
+ Resolving issues and complaints by clarifying customer concerns, determining root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.
+ Building and maintaining client relationships through positive interactions and understanding client needs.
+ Documentation and record-keeping by maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and tracking issues.
+ Following up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and clients are satisfied.
What's Needed?
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
+ Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
+ Willingness to learn and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
+ Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus, but not required.
