    Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of the Wealth Investment Management team supporting the development of their Advisory platform. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to coach and lead other engineers, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Full Stack Developer

    **Location:** Iselin, NJ - hybrid schedule

    **Pay Range:** Competitive

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead complex technology initiatives with broad companywide impact.

    + Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs.

    + Collaborate with key technical experts to resolve complex technical issues.

    + Review and analyze large-scale technology solutions for business objectives.

    + Mentor team members and guide them through technical challenges.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.

    + Proficiency in Java, Angular, React, and MongoDB.

    + Strong decision-making skills and understanding of industry best practices.

    + Ability to work independently and own deliverables from start to finish.

    + Experience leading projects and mentoring peers.
