    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a **Machine Operator** to join their team. As a **Machine Operator,** you will be part of the Manufacturing department, supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Machine Operator

    **Location: Prattville** , AL

    **Pay Range:** $16/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Set up and operate assigned machines by standard procedures.

    + Secure and maintain necessary materials and supplies for the operation.

    + Ensure proper startup of equipment by completing pre-shift inspections and reporting any concerns.

    + Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

    + Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

    + **Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure** .

    + Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings.

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

    + Experience using power tools
