We are looking for an experienced business system analyst with project management skills to join our dynamic hard-working team in Global Sales and Marketing IT. The Lead Management Business Analyst/Business Process Expert, alongside the Lead Management System Architect, is the glue between Marketing, Sales and IT. We need team members to help us transform customer engagement online, with a passion for technology and relentless drive to make the demand creation to opportunity process better, faster and smarter.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project management, with a lead management and AI/ML focus
- BS or MS degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related technical discipline
- Experience in Lead Management data and domain
- Experience with one or more of the following functional domains and associated applications: demand creation (e.g., ZoomInfo), lead management (Nova Silva), virtual sales (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Eloqua, Marketo)
- Knowledge of software development fundamentals crossing all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements, analysis, design, prototyping, development, testing, implementation
- Experience using Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools for Agile project management and software development
- Familiar with User Interface Design, Gen AI null
