Job Description
One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for an Assistant Property Manager for a mixed use site in Charlottesville, VA. This individual will be responsible for daily operations of an 80,000 square foot property with retail and office components including property financials, reporting, vendor coordination and tenant relations. They must be financially inclined (using Yardi and/or Nexus) and familiar with calculating percentage rents for different tenants. This will be a fully onsite role, Monday-Friday from 8AM - 5PM.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in property management, retail experience required
- Knowledge of calculating rent percentages
- Hands on experience with Yardi, Nexus, MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and customer service skills - Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification
- Bachelor's Degree null
