Our client, a leader in the food safety industry, is seeking a **Laboratory Technician** to join their team. As a **Laboratory Technician** , you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting the operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Laboratory Technician

**Location:** Paris, IL

**Schedule:** Monday through Friday 3rd shift from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

**Pay:** $26/hr.

What's the Job?

+ Conduct routine analytical and laboratory testing in support of food safety quality.

+ Document results of tests into databases and communicate findings verbally and in writing.

+ Utilize safe laboratory practices to ensure a secure working environment.

+ Assist with trials and experiments under the guidance of senior team members.

+ Maintain laboratory supplies by managing inventory and placing orders as needed.

What's Needed?

+ Preferred Bachelors Degree.

+ Four years of related work experience in a laboratory setting.

+ Proven knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and ISO 17025 standards.

+ Ability to handle complex technical issues with minimal supervision.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
