• Facilities Technician 2 (Shifts)

    Our client, a leader in facilities management, is seeking a facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the overall functionality and safety of the facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Facilities Technician

    **Location:** Pennington, NJ

    **Pay Range:** $30.00-$39.00 per hour

    **Schedule** : Two Shifts Available 7AM-7PM & 7PM-7AM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.

    + Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, and mechanical systems.

    + Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing tasks.

    + Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.

    + Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + 2-4 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance.

    + Valid HVAC technician certification (e.g., EPA Section 608 Universal Certification).

    + Strong knowledge of various HVAC systems and controls.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints.
