Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, is seeking an Analytical Project Manager to join their team. As an Analytical Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering – Enterprise department supporting Quality and Analytical Services. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, exceptional communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Analytical Project Manager
**Location:** Greendale, IN (Onsite preferred; Hybrid option available for the right candidate)
**Pay Range:** $60/hr
What’s the Job?
+ Lead the full transition of outsourced analytical and microbial testing services to a new vendor
+ Coordinate project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
+ Manage knowledge and method transfer to ensure continuity and data integrity
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support audit readiness
+ Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership
What’s Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in analytical or quality environments
+ Proven experience in method qualification and contract lab oversight
+ Deep understanding of GxP regulations
+ Formal project management experience (PMP certification a plus)
