Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Second Shift Leader and CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a Second Shift Leader and CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Second Shift Leader and CNC Machine Operator

**Location:** Richmond

Pay Range: based on experience

What's the Job?

+ Lead a team of 4-5 individuals during the second shift, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.

+ Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members, including training and development as needed.

+ Operate CNC machines efficiently and effectively to meet production goals and quality standards.

+ Learn and master the operation of large band saws, multi-spindle drills, and oxy-fuel coping machines.

+ Monitor production output to ensure accuracy, precision, and compliance with specifications.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training preferred.

+ Proven experience in CNC machine operation; familiarity with large band saws, multi-spindle drills, and oxy-fuel coping machines is a plus.

+ Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
