    Responsibilities

    Act as a liaison between guests, staff and patients to respond to patient and guest information inquiries.

     

    + Receive, screen, route and/or respond to all incoming inquiries for information, directions or concerns.

    + Receive guest suggestions and complaints and escalates through proper channels.

    + Provide patient information in compliance with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements and organizational privacy policies.

    + Identify and report issues of safety and maintenance.

    + Assist in improving patient satisfaction while keeping volunteer office management informed of potential problems.

    + Anticipate family's needs and resolve issues before they become major source of concern.

    Requirements

    Education:

    + High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

    + Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,if applicable.
