We have an immediate opening for a Collections Specialist in our Collierville office.

As a Collections Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of UR2 by managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer accounts, resolving unpaid invoices, and ensuring that our customers are up to date and in good standing.

Responsibilities include:

+ Manage and oversee customer accounts

+ Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on outstanding invoices.

+ Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes in a professional manner.

+ Use credit bureau data, post office information, internet searches and other tools to locate customers who has invalid contact information.

+ Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.

+ Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.

+ Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.

+ Other duties as assigned by manager.

Starting pay for this position is between $17-$18/hour, depending on experience.
