About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
+ Lead development and execution of automated tests to ensure software quality, efficiency, and reliability of business-critical applications.
+ Complete systems testing and create systems quality assurance testing strategies
+ Execute complex test plans and scripts to facilitate testing activities
+ Document and verify resolution of software and specification defects
+ Develop standards and procedures to determine release readiness and streamline testing process
+ Provide guidance, lead, and prioritize testing activities for projects
+ Work with teams to develop testing strategies and provide specific technical guidance on defects to developers
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 4+ Years of experience in Test Automation and Test frameworks (BDD, Selenium, Karate)
+ 4+ Years of banking industry experience
+ 4+ years of experience working with agile methodology
+ Knowledge of Java 8 or later, spring boot, APIs, Micro Services, Kafka, NoSQL databases, Splunk, Git
+ Knowledge of CI/CD tools
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to details and accuracy
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used in root cause analysis
+ Ability to identify issues and escalate in a timely manner
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience in wholesale payments domain including wires and ISO conversion
+ Design and development of automation frameworks for various applications related to Payments and developing test suits for regression and functional test cases.
+ Experience working with vendor products

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$100,800.00 - $179,200.00
