About The Role:
As a CBRE Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing graphic design materials – this role is focused on property-specific marketing.
This job is part of the Graphic Design job function. They are responsible for developing creative that aligns with the organization's image, identity, and brands.
We’re looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and build visual representations that engage, advise and captivate audiences. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of design software and be skilled in every step of the design process from concept to final deliverable.
What You'll Do:
+ Design custom property marketing pieces.
+ Ensure artwork and copy are the accurate size, type, and style, to follow company branding guidelines.
+ Prepare and provide creative drafts and samples to clients and management for review. Make edits as necessary based on collaborative feedback.
+ Collaborate with clients, managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand the assignment, audience, messaging, and layout.
+ Collaborate and communicate closely with Property Marketing Specialist to ensure designs meet business goals
+ Take ownership of deliverable quality and ensure consistency across campaigns.
+ Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops and reviewing industry publications.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
+ Ability to manage feedback constructively and iterate quickly to adjust design based on feedback.
+ Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Publish and Illustrator. Video editing, gif animation and interactive presentation experience is preferred, but not required.
+ Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge (of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize project deadlines
+ Relevant experience / prior experience working in commercial real estate is preferred but not required

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Graphic Designer position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Graphic Designer position is $80,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
