Description
We're seeking an experienced technical sales business development support leader to drive strategic growth development initiatives focused on accelerating advanced artificial intelligence, machine learning, high-performance computing solutions, advanced analytics, and modeling & simulation. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of AI technologies and technical business development, collaborating with internal stakeholders and customer teams (CTO, Chief Architects, Program Manager, Technical Leads) to identify, develop, and execute growth opportunities leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI, and integrated, complex systems architectures to deliver transformational outcomes for customers on AWS
Key job responsibilities
• Lead technical business development strategies to maximize growth opportunities across GenAI, AIML, and HPC solution portfolios
• Partner with account teams to identify and qualify net new and expansion opportunities within existing customer workloads, focusing on advanced analytics and AI/ML integration
• Develop and maintain relationships with key technical and procurement stakeholders across DoD and Intelligence Community, with emphasis on ISR, operations, and logistics domains
• Create compelling technical solutions and proposals that leverage state-of-the-art GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities
• Drive revenue acceleration initiatives through technical enablement and adoption strategies for large-scale, integrated systems architectures
• Collaborate with solution architects and subject matter expertise to design scalable AI/ML and HPC solutions that meet complex mission requirements across multi-domain operations
• Monitor and analyze solution performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhanced AI/ML capabilities and workflow optimization and automation at speed and scale
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex technical initiatives integrating GenAI, AIML, and advanced analytics that solve customer mission and business challenges at scale

Basic Qualifications
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 6+ years of responding to requests for proposals (e.g., determining requirements, matching requirements to technical approach and solutions, developing solutions against requirements) experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Previous experience with large IDIQ contracts and task order management
- • Knowledge of DoD mission and business requirements
- • AWS certifications ( Cloud Practitioner Solutions Architect, DevOps, or Security)
- • Experience with cloud platforms
- • Program/Project Management certifications (PMP, CCPM)
- • Demonstrated success in growing revenue within existing government contracts aligned to customer mission and business outcomes
- • Experience with FedRAMP and DoD security compliance requirements
