    PRACTICE SPECIFICS

    + **Our Ideal Candidate** : An adaptable, collaborative, team-player, looking to spend time with patients and provide top quality care.

    + **Team Composition** : Strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support.

    + **Hospital Information** : 140 Beds; Closed ICU; 2 Admitting Services scheduled per day, 7 days per week

    + **Responsibilities:** Emergency Department admissions, consults and direct admissions. Additional responsibilities include working with our One Call/Hospital Supervisor team taking transfers from outlying facilities. No procedures required.

    + **Work Schedule:** 12 hour shifts – 24 weeks per year, flexible scheduling

    + **Support:** Specialty and 24/7 intensivist support

    REQUIREMENTS

    + **BC/BE Internal Medicine**

    + **BC/BE Family Medicine** with a minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience or completion of a Hospitalist fellowship.

    + **Geography** : Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota.

    + **Proximity** : 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

    + **Community** : Fargo-Moorhead population over 200,000, offering a high quality of life with affordable living, excellent schools, and diverse recreational opportunities.

    + **Service Area** : Regional service area includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals.

    COMPENSATION

    + **$337,000** . Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
