Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant coursework or certifications are a plus.
Candidates who have previously worked in the transportation and/or logistics industries are highly preferred.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and transaction management.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with order entry systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of transportation logistics, shipping procedures, and billing processes.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
