    Your responsibilities in this role

     

    - Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

     

    - You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

     

    - Handle incoming telephone calls

     

    - Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

    Requirements

    - Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

     

    - Inbound Outbound Calls experience highly desired

     

    - Practical knowledge of Inventory Reconciliation

     

    - Basic Office Equipment experience

     

    - General familiarity with Delivery Schedule

     

    - Earlier work involving Microsoft Excel and Word

     

    - Strong customer service and office administrative skills

     

    - 3+ years of past relevant experience
