Description We are looking for an experienced Financial Systems Analyst to join our team in Sacramento, California, on a Contract-to-Permanent basis. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing financial systems and processes within a non-profit organization, ensuring efficient data management and analysis. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and enhance financial systems to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business systems and tools, including CRM platforms and SaaS solutions.

• Develop and maintain reports using tools such as Crystal Reports to provide actionable insights.

• Perform audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct data mining to identify trends and support budgeting and capital management processes.

• Assist in streamlining accounting functions and financial workflows.

• Provide technical expertise in the integration of systems and financial tools.

• Document processes and maintain knowledge bases using platforms like Confluence.

• Support the organization's strategic goals by delivering financial analyses and recommendations.

• Train staff on financial systems and processes to enhance organizational capabilities. Requirements • Proven experience in financial systems analysis within non-profit or similar industries.

• Proficiency in business systems, CRM tools, and SaaS platforms.

• Strong knowledge of accounting functions, auditing practices, and budget processes.

• Expertise in data mining techniques and financial reporting tools such as Crystal Reports.

• Familiarity with collaborative platforms like Confluence for process documentation.

• Ability to manage capital budgets and financial workflows effectively.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
