    Description

    Are you a data-driven professional with a knack for turning numbers into actionable insights? Robert Half is seeking a Financial Analyst to join a highly respected organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving strategic decision-making through financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and maintain detailed financial models to guide management in critical business decisions.

    + Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

    + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.

    + Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting areas of concern or opportunity.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.

    + Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities.

    + Participate in the design and implementation of process improvements for financial operations and reporting.

    + Support senior leadership during audits by providing necessary financial documentation and analysis.

    Requirements

    + 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.

    + Deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting principles, and variance analysis methods.

    + Proficiency in financial analysis tools and systems (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

    + Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills, along with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
