• Tax Senior Manager or Partner

    Description

    The salary for this opportunity is 175,000 – 250,000. The benefits include 401k, life insurance, medical insurance and paid time off.

     

    Top 25 National Public CPA firm located in the Westfield area seeks a Tax Senior Manager or Partner.

     

    + Manage all phases of tax engagements, including planning, execution, and completion.

    + Oversee and review complex tax returns to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

    + Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

    + Identify and resolve tax issues through research and collaboration with Partners.

    + This role requires strong technical tax expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements and client relationships effectively.

    + Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure tax work is completed on time and within budget.

    + Conduct technical tax research and prepare clear, concise memos.

    + Stay informed on changes in tax laws and industry regulations.

    + Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary contact for technical tax matters.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required along with a CPA designation.

    + Minimum of 8 years of tax experience.

    + Experience with ProSystem Tax and ProSystem Engagement preferred.
