    Robert Half is hiring a Material Coordinator to join the team at John Deere Cylinder in Moline, IL.     Shift Details:

    + First Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (start time to be determined with hiring manager).

    + Overtime may be required.

    + Onsite position from Day 1.

    + Internal metatarsal safety shoes are required on the first day (different from steel-toe boots).

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate delivery of materials from source locations to their point of use, resolving part availability issues.

    + Trigger Kanbans to replenish materials on production lines.

    + Perform SAP transactions to support material delivery and inventory accuracy processes.

    + Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Management, Production Control, and Material Handling teams on shortages, expedites, inventory accuracy, and change management.

    + Conduct on-the-spot part-count requests.

    + Work inclusively with teams on the production floor.

    Ideal Candidate:

    This position is a great opportunity for recent graduates with a background in supply chain or business. Candidates with prior experience in engineering, manufacturing, or material flow are also encouraged to apply.

    Requirements

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Must Have:

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    + Comfort working in a collaborative team environment.

    + Excellent attention to detail.

    + Experience in inventory management.

    + Familiarity with Continuous Improvement processes.

    + Understanding of material management process flow.

    + Experience in auditing and implementing process improvements.

    Highly Preferred:

    + SAP knowledge.

    + Bachelor's Degree
