    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a talented Visual Designer & Producer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, video production, and digital media to join a dynamic Education and Creative Services team within a major global e-commerce operations Risk and Compliance organization. In this role, you will bring complex concepts to life through compelling, user-focused visual storytelling across a variety of formats—including digital, video, presentations, and print. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while independently driving creative projects from initial concept through final delivery.

     

    Duration: 6-month contract

     

    Hours: 40 hours/week

     

    Pay Rate: $55-60/hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop original designs from concept through final production for digital and print media.

    + Deliver high-quality assets such as explainer videos, infographics, eLearning content, interactive presentations, and visual guides.

    + Lead full-cycle video production including scripting, illustration, animation, filming, editing, sound design, and final delivery.

    + Create animated and illustrated explainer videos aligned with learning and compliance objectives.

    + Design newsletters, email campaigns, marketing materials, and cross-channel digital content that align with brand and educational strategies.

    + Develop and uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistent and impactful visuals across all communications.

    + Enhance design workflows and maintain asset libraries, identifying ways to streamline production without compromising quality or innovation.

    + Source and develop fresh content ideas, turning them into engaging educational experiences and elevating visual storytelling standards.

    Requirements

    Basic Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

    + 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in visual design and video production.

    + Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

    + Expertise in PowerPoint design, explainer video production, and email/newsletter design.

    + Proficient in editing images, illustrations, and short-form video content.

    + Strong understanding of digital, print, and motion design best practices.

    + Portfolio showcasing a broad range of design and video production work (required).

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience producing animated and illustrated videos.

    + Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while taking full ownership of deliverables.

    + Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, capable of juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines.

    + Deep knowledge of branding, typography, layout design, and current digital engagement trends.

    + Strong collaborator and communicator, able to work effectively across teams and organizational levels.

    + Openness to learning and using additional creative tools beyond the Adobe Suite as needed.
